Thank you for choosing Curve 10 Residence. Kindly read and comply with the following rules to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the apartment.
🛠 Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages, or missing items during their stay.
👥 Registered Guests
Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors must be approved by management.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
🧹 Cleanliness
Guests must maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.
🔌 Electricity Usage
Please switch off all appliances when not in use.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
💳 Security Deposit
₦150,000 (1-Bedroom & Above) | ₦70,000 (Studio)
Refundable after inspection if no damages or violations occur.
🔑 Keys & Security
Guests are responsible for keys and apartment security.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
Illegal or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
❌ Refund Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
🆔 Identification
Valid ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) is required at check-in.
⚠️ Failure to comply may result in extra charges or termination of stay.
